3 km from the house, the La Colmiane bike park lines up its descents through the larches — a lift in season, berms and features, from mellow flow to rattling toboggan. It's the Vésubie's MTB spot, and you sleep five minutes away.
All around, the Valdeblore plateau is made for cross-country riding: lanes between the hamlets, forest tracks, steady climbs best ridden in the cool hours and fine viewpoints over both valleys. Riders on the Grande Traversée des Alpes by MTB find a natural stage here — half board, packed lunch for the next day, and a proper cyclists' welcome.
Back at the house, the ritual: rinse the machine at the washing point, lock it in the bike room, hang the kit to dry — and sit down to dinner. The guesthouse is Accueil Vélo certified: linen provided, cyclist-friendly service, and the essentials for evening repairs.
