A house that keeps its warmth
Mountain guesthouse in the hamlet of Saint-Dalmas, at 1,300 m — 24 beds, half board and table d'hôtes dinners.
The house
The house
The guesthouse occupies a large house in the hamlet of Saint-Dalmas, on the Valdeblore plateau. Downstairs, the common room and its wood stove; upstairs, rooms and dorms for 24 hikers, cyclists or skiers.
A locked bike room with washing point, a boot and pack room, gear drying: the house is designed for people who spend their days outside — and their evenings in the warm.
The table
The table d'hôtes
Half board is served at the big table: a hearty breakfast before the stage, a table d'hôtes dinner in the evening — family cooking, local and organic produce, homemade desserts.
On request, the house prepares packed lunches and cold meals for your hikes, and keeps a plate warm for late arrivals — just let us know.
« We cook what the valley gives us, and serve it at the big table. »
